Every commercial email or text we send identifies us and explains how to opt out, as Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) requires. If you give us your phone number, we may call you about your evaluation. We follow the National Do Not Call List rules that apply to us, and we will honour any request to stop calling.
7. Where it is stored

8. How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it to provide your evaluation, follow up with you, and meet our legal and regulatory record-keeping obligations. When we no longer need it, we securely delete or anonymize it. We apply the same limits to backup copies, such as the spreadsheet. If you ask us to delete your information sooner, we will, unless the law requires us to keep it.
9. How we protect it
This website uses HTTPS encryption. Form submissions go through a protected server instead of straight to third parties, and we use spam protection and access controls on the systems that hold your information, and the backup spreadsheet is private to us and the people who handle enquiries. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security. We take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.
10. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- Show you the personal information we hold about you
- Correct anything that is inaccurate
- Withdraw your consent
- Delete your information
- Explain how we have used or shared it
Contact us using the details at the end of this page. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we will respond within 30 days.
11. Questions and complaints
If you have a question or concern about how we handle your information, contact us first, using the details at the end of this page, and we will do our best to resolve it. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The year at the top shows when it was last updated. We will post any material changes on this page.
13. Important notices
